WHY WE LOVE THIS COFFEE //
In the green highlands of Peru’s San Martín region, a pale ridge known as Cerro Blanco rises above the valleys where coffee has been grown for generations. What began as a small group of farmers in La Victoria became the Asociación de Productores Cerro Blanco, or APROCEB, now representing over two hundred families across fifteen communities in Moyobamba province. Their farms range from one thousand two hundred to one thousand seven hundred meters above sea level, cultivating Typica, Caturra, and Catuai in rich soils and cool mountain air.
This lot is both Fair Trade and Organic certified. The coffee cherries are harvested by hand, then depulped, washed, and sun-dried with care to preserve clarity and sweetness. APROCEB’s members follow rigorous quality controls to consistently deliver Grade One coffees with clean, sweet profiles and traceable origin. Their work reflects a deep commitment to sustainable farming and shared progress; connecting high-elevation harvests with buyers seeking both quality and impact.
