WHY WE LOVE THIS COFFEE // Breaking the trends of what a traditional espresso should be, this blend is a full-medium roast. At our cafe it's used only for espresso, cappuccinos and cortados: perfectly suited to the smooth, fruity pour and beautiful crema it creates.
