COFFEE BAR
When it boils down to it, maintaining the perfect characteristics around any one coffee relies on many different components. Which is why we like to lean on Kat, our Head Barista. Our bean guardian with rooted knowledge and the expertise to train, Kat supports the process of bean to cup by maintaining the profile characteristics created by our Head Roaster, ensuring that its quality stays consistent throughout.
BAKERY
Come for the coffee, stay for the bakery. All of our baked goods are made from scratch, in house, that day. That means that any cinnamon roll, cookie, or scone is made hot just for you. And just like our coffee, where we strive for the best, these pastries are thoughtfully created to keep you coming back for more.
And don’t worry if your eyes are bigger than your stomach, our uneaten goods are donated to a local food bank at the end of each day!
KITCHEN
Ditch the sweet tooth and head for the savory stuff. We operate our kitchen with the same simple philosophy of quality and expertise as our bakery and rotate specials regularly to keep your taste buds on their toes. Between breakfast and lunch, we have you covered.
